In March, my colleague Daniel Emmrich from Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH in Graz and I gave a keynote speech on operational restructuring at the ReTurn-Forum for Restructuring and Turnaround Management breakfast. We used a case study to discuss the challenges and priorities of restructuring.

It turns out that when it comes to restructuring, you can benefit from looking through the banker's risk lens and develop a solution-oriented common understanding.
